A notable 35 percent of respondents express a higher likelihood of purchasing a house than they did in January 2020. Moreover, homeowners are displaying an increased eagerness to sell, as one-third of homeowners state that they are more inclined to list their properties within the next five years compared to pre-pandemic times.
